I purchased my phone at a different location but needed immediate attention for the issues on my phone. The bald headed rep immediately took the stance he couldn't help me as this store was ONLY an indirect retailer. His customer service skills only went downhill after that. No thanks Verizon.

Yup. Same kind of situation as another poster. My nephew has a phone he wants to keep, needs to get off other plan to get on mine. They offer shelter and air conditioning but no assistance. "We are not connected with corporate." What?
