My mother, Muriel Lundsetter-Runningen passed away while wintering in Phoenix, AZ. Andrew made all of the arrangements for mortuary services in Phoenix, removal of the body to Fargo, ND, picked up the body in Fargo to transport to Fergus Falls, as well as walked my family through all of the details that we needed with the First Lutheran Church, two ministers, caterers, flowers, guest book, thank you notes, and so much more.
Andrew is the consummate professional -- organized, caring, knowledgeable, highly skilled, and hard working. He took my family under his wing and into his care, making sure that we had thought through each important detail when our thinking was less than clear.

I felt like I could call or email Andrew at any time, day or night, both while I was in Phoenix, and also when I returned to my home in Virginia. He was always kind, considerate, and timely in helping my family through each step of a difficult process under emotional circumstances. Andrew was on hand during the difficult family meeting in Fergus to plan for the memorial service, throughout the visitation event on Friday, as well as the memorial service on Saturday through the internment.
