I came to these guys inquiring about cost of homeowners insurance as my current company (at the time) started to raise my rates without cause. The agent Allison Mitlyng was very gracious and accommodating. She looked my current policy over and showed me how not only was I over paying for similar coverage, but that my provider was OVER insuring me. She took the time to explain things in terms that I could understand completely and was sure exactly what I was paying for. She also did the same thing for my auto coverage. They came WELL BELOW the rates I was paying for in both home and auto coverage with the identical coverage I was getting with my past insurer. Obviously, I made the switch and couldn't be happier with their service. She even contacted me about the opportunity to change my provider when one became available which also lowered my rates noticeably. I cannot say enough praise for the service I get from this company. I have dealt with other agents from this agency and have the same praise for them. Top notch all the way. Will gladly recommend them to anyone.
