$160 for labor to replace the thermocouple on a water heater?? You should find another plumber.
Told my appointment would be at 10 am to check on my boiler. Waited until 12:30 pm and heard nothing so i finally called. Sounded like he forgot my appointment as he was asking the lady for my work order and where it was. Was then told nobody would be here until after lunch. Asked what happen to being here around 10 am and was told "this is a service business, you have to expect delays." Guess getting a call letting me know he would be late is to much to ask for. Also was charged a lot more than any other place would have done it. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
Over priced! Checked Google for an idea on how much the materials I needed cost. I get what I need expecting to be less then $75. Turns out he tripled the price. $250 was the end price. I'd of walked out if it was me personally paying for it. I will make sure no one where I work with every goes there again. Bjorn's Heating and Plumbing is the only place I will ever go to now.
Gouged me on a pressure tank. Was told it was $200, which was the price we found online. Got the bill and they charged $300. Didn't seem to care that we were displeased. Gave em a second chance and called em again for some simple work on a sink, was told they'd call me back. One week later no ones called me back. Going somewhere else from now on.
