Extremely helpful and very nice people. It is also the new Main Post Office in Fergus Falls.
For how much of a slow hassle the average post office is, these folks make the process a lot more comfortable. There isn't much waiting room, though the staff try their hardest to get people in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible. The staff generally say hello and make eye contact. These men and women even smile. It goes a long way! The only hold-up ever encountered was related to a probably-new employee and she was very apologetic. Generally in and out in two minutes, despite sending many letters certified mail.
They are inbred junkies that can't answer a phone
