Anytime I have needed assistance or a had questions about the property I rent, I was able to reach someone. Even after business hours I was able to get in contact with a Herzog employee. It's nice and peaceful and you would never know I had neighbors. I enjoy the many features of my living unit and the location is perfect.
Very poor and lazy ownership. Extremely slow to respond to email/other forms of communication (Took a month to respond to simple email). Utilities are outdated and they are slow to come and fix them when they have issues. I have also had my mail stolen multiple times, so the neighbors are just oh so wonderful.

Leasing from them is a easy, they take cash, cards, checks, money orders etc. A payment box is located outside.
This is a great property management company. They manage several houses and apartment building.
I have lived in their property in Alexandria for over a year now, and have had nothing but great experiences! Any problems with your apartment get fixed quickly, the maintenance man is very friendly and knowledgeable. Contacting a member of their staff is super easy, and they're always very friendly and willing to help. Charlie's dog is also a very adorable member of the team!
Everything they have is maintained and sound. I have interacted with their maintenance man and he was knowledgeable and compliant to property codes.
