I have always been satisfied with the walk in services provided at this facility. There is always a practitioner on duty along with experienced nurses, lab and minor diagnostic services. Pink eye, UTI, the flu, a possible infection..... this is the place. A broken arm, head injury, profuse bleeding, heart attack, stroke or other real emergency get to the hospital. This is a clinic, not an Emergency Department. ;-)
The walk in clinic is good I have been there a few times very nice and polite! Helped me and found out what was wrong with me!
This is the walk in clinic, not the ER. If you need to see a practitioner without waiting a week for an appointment this is the place. If you have the need for advanced emergency services get to the Lake Region ER. They are two different services in different parts of the city.
