They had a couple gluten free options for the breakfast too, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall- it was good.
The only reason why they’re getting one star from me instead of zero is because of Justin the waiter/bartender, but I will NEVER stay here again. They are NOT hockey team friendly at all. They have a long list of rules for the kids that really box them into basically the pool or their room. Our kids were not in any way disrespectful or delinquent, they were just being kids & that is apparently not allowed here. Oh & god for bid we order pizza for the team in the pool room.
place was nice and extremely clean. Nice place to stay no surprises
The first night we stayed there was bad. It was a room next to the pool and was so loud, it kept my kid awake. But for the next day, we asked, and they changed our room with no problem.
We had car trouble near Fergus. Rooms were unavailable- when the staff found out- someone stayed late to clean a room for us.
Free breakfast was great. The staff was SUPER HELPFUL. The rooms were to be expected- pool was fine. Very accommodating during a stressful time.
The staff was wonderful. They went above and beyond if you had any problems or questions.
This hotel was amazing! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We needed a crib and they were knocking at our door right after we got our luggage in the room. Very clean. Beautiful pool and hot tub in the shape of Minnesota. Bar and grill in the hotel and they have pool side rooms. Will definitely be going back.
the receptionist was very helpful, communicative and funny! She cheered us up after a long day that's worth 5 Stars alone!
