Terrible experience. Lied and wasted my time. Salesman Jim is absolutely terrible to work with. Would not recommend.
Couple weeks ago, I was in Fergus falls for Dr. appointment and I decided to get an oil change at Nelson auto center and the tech found nail & screws on my tires in the process. I asked them to repair both tires and 10 minutes later they told me my car was fixed and ready. I pay my fee and head back home. Next day, I noticed the low-pressure light on, didn't think of much so I go to gas station and put air in and hours later same low-pressure light on so I called the Nelson auto center and told them what's happening and they told me someone gets back to me soon. That was last Monday still waiting for their call. If you're thinking be coming a future customer there, I won't recommend, as they are dishonest and not trustworthy.
Terrible customer service the two times I have gone there. The employees are so rude, not to add very over priced. Find another place.
Purchased a 2010 GMC Acadia not end of February haven't even made my first payment and it started making a noise took it in and have $1,500 dollars worth of things that need to fixed including two front end struts contacting them today if they are willing to help me with this then will give better review update they have agreed to make the improvements and were going to call me back today and I called left them 2 messages and haven't heard back review will improve if they come thru
