I contacted Scott Sampson looking for a somewhat uniquely optioned Tacoma. Scott found me a truck with my exact build specifications. When I wanted special optioned wheels and tires, Scott went out of his way to find a local tire dealer that would install optional wheels and tires, and gave me a very fair trade-in allowance for my take-off tires. I know he spent a significant amount of time working that deal, and getting the truck to-from the tire dealer so that I didn't have to deal with that. In our busy world, time is important to everyone, and Scott took care of me. Eric was great on the financing process, and the whole staff at Quality Toyota was very welcoming. Very good experience. Love this dealership. They get to know you and remember you from previous visits, call you by first name when you walk in. Easy to talk to, they explain things well, are not pushy. Service department is not extremely fast, but they are thorough. They make recommendations sometimes without being pushy. They just explain the what's and why's. Great people!
