This ultimately became a problem when it cut into profits to the point that they refused to do the repair work based strictly on hourly repair cost. The thing that struck me was how pleasant about it they were. Replacing the front end was actually about as simple as unscrewing some bolts here and there, and screwing in new, upgraded parts. I saved $5000, though know that if I ever needed to do more than screw things together, I'd use them for sure.
