Never had a problem with the internet. Too many phone calls for service upgrades though.

Have had a few disappointments and have also liked the service. You guys truly need to incorporate a "search" feature for movies into your on-demand service. 10 minutes to look up a movie doesn't seem "on-demand" to me. Most of the time, service is top notch. Internet speed could use improvement for what is advertised.
