You guys need to have a better confirmation system, take a picture of the house you dropped the package off at, you guys just said my address and then garage, i had my whole family looking up and down the block and no one could find it, we even were asking neighbors, and no one seen anything, this town is fairmount north dakota, its less than 200 people population and you guys lost both of my packages, i am beyond impressed on how you can actually do that
